MHA’s Post-Acute Guide: Now in Five Languages
Last fall, MHA’s Continuum of Care Council, of which LeadingAge MA is a member, published After the Hospital: A Guide to Post-Acute Care to inform patients and their caregivers of their options for care after a major change in a patient’s health. The patient-/family-facing section of the guide has now been translated into five languages: Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and Spanish. More languages may be added over time.
